Job Description Summary

The Associate Multimedia Professional provides foundational support in graphic design, photography, and videography for JHAH’s projects. This role focuses on assisting with production tasks, managing multimedia assets, and learning new skills under the guidance of senior team members to ensure consistent quality and alignment with brand standards.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with graphic design tasks such as creating simple materials under supervision
  • Provide basic support during photo and video shoots including setting up equipment and assisting with postproduction tasks
  • Help manage and organize multimedia assets ensuring proper storage and accessibility
  • Complete basic assigned tasks while ensuring adherence to brand standards and project guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet basic design photo and video requests

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Professional Certifications Required

Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design software. Familiarity with photography and videography equipment. Design certifications are preferred. Bilingual, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Arabic (preferable).

Years of Experience

Up to 2 years' experience in graphic design, photography, or videography.
