Job Description Summary
The Associate Patient Relations Advisor provides frontline support for JHAH patients, handling complaints, suggestions, and surveys under supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining patient satisfaction, managing special projects, and assisting in assigned districts.

- Participates in the 24 hour shift and on call schedule to meet operational needs as directed by the Director
- Documents concerns regarding access to coordination quality and safety of medical care
- Handles and followsup on all customer complaints and suggestions in coordination with Medical Departments and services and provides feedback to originators
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Director
- Handle Patient Relations call center duty as directed by Team leader or designate
- Handle and process Customer messages coming through Patient Relations channels
- Maintains confidentiality with information regarding customers and colleagues
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor Degree is required, Health related field is preferred.
Professional Certifications Required
Medical terminology training is required.
PX certificate is required.
Years of Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Patient experience or related field as required.
