This role will support all videography and photography needs across the organization, contributing to various projects that enhance our brand's visibility and engagement.

Principal Duties
- Multimedia Production: Support and manage video and photography projects from conception to completion. Ensure all multimedia content is aligned with our brand standards and meets project objectives.
- Editing and Post-Production: Utilize advanced editing tools to create impactful video and photographic content. Experience with animation and video editing is essential
- Social Media Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead of developments in video and photography content. Apply this knowledge to create content that is engaging and effective on various social media platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various depa rtments across the organization, including HR, Nursing, and Physician teams, to support their multimedia needs and enhance communication strategies.
- Team Integration: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and digital teams to develop and execute integrated multimedia strategies that amplify the organization's brand and engagement objectives.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in videography and photography, ideally in a social media-focused environment. Certifications/Other requirements as applicable
