Job Description Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the timely provision of precise and pertinent data to intended recepients, utilizing their working knowledge in several of the relevant technologies and methodologies to help improve processes, drive insights, and foster a data.-driven culture at JHAH.

    Operational Roles & Responsibilities

    • Collect integrate analyze and validate data in collaboration with stakeholders to generate fitforpurpose reports dashboards and presentations that fulfill stakeholders evolving data and business intelligence needs identify insights that inform business decisions and identify strategic or operational improvement opportunities
    • Ensure that business intelligence solutions comply with relevant best practices regulatory requirements governance programs enterprise architecture standards and cybersecurity policies
    • Manage business intelligence tools and technologies and provide user training and guidance
    • Manage engagements with contracted vendors for business intelligence related support managed services or professional services to ensure that service delivery meets the targeted scope time cost and quality constraints
    • Investigate and resolve business intelligence related incidents in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
    • Fulfill business intelligence related service requests in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
    • Evaluate and process IT demand requests involving business intelligence and support fulfillment of those that are approved in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and by following the organizations IT project management framework

    Minimum Education Required

    Bachelor's Degree in the field of Information Technology or in a relevant field.

    Professional Certifications Required

    Sample of preferred certifications: .-Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) .-Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate .-Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) .-Google Business Intelligence Professional .-Google Data Analytics Professional .-Project Management Professional (PMP) .-IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

    Years of Experience

    Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
