Job Description Summary
Leads the strategic management and oversight of JHAH’s digital marketing assets, including the website, intranet, social media platforms, CRM tools, digital screens, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.
Collaborates directly with the Director of Marketing and Communications to align digital strategies with broader organizational goals.
Manages external partnerships, ensuring the successful execution of complex campaigns and maintaining vendor relationships.
Guides the digital marketing team in setting strategic priorities and achieving performance benchmarks.

- Review and approve the execution of digital marketing plans across all platforms to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic goals
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and assets analyzing data to provide actionable insights to the team
- Offer support for troubleshooting technical or contentrelated issues across digital channels
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Media; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Certifications Required
Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and Google Analytics certifications required.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex digital marketing projects.
Bilingual, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Arabic (preferable).
Years of Experience
Minimum 9 years' experience in digital marketing, with significant experience in managing digital campaigns, performance marketing, and SEO for healthcare clients.
