Job Description Summary

The IT Business Applications Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization’s business enterprise platforms, utilizing their working knowledge in several of the relevant solutions to continuously optimize and meet the evolving needs of JHAH's business processes.

    • Implement configure maintain support monitor and enhance the organizations business applications including HRFISCM systems service management systems project management systems content document management systems collaboration platforms and other business enterprise solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose reliable efficient effective secure and achieve their intended benefits for the organization
    • Provide training and guidance to end users on the effective use and management of business applications
    • Ensure that business applications comply with relevant best practices regulatory requirements enterprise architecture standards governance programs and cybersecurity policies
    • Manage engagements with contracted vendors for business applications support managed services or professional services to ensure that service delivery meets the targeted scope time cost and quality constraints
    • Investigate and resolve business applications related incidents in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
    • Fulfill business applications related service requests in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
    • Evaluate and process IT demand requests involving business applications and support fulfillment of those that are approved in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and by following the organizations IT project management framework
    • Experience in ServiceNow consulting, including solution architecture and functional consulting.
    • Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
    • Familiarity with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration tools (e.g., IntegrationHub).
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal and Fiori UI/UX principles is a plus.
    • Strong PMP skills and communication and presentation skills UX design

    Minimum Education Required

    Bachelor's Degree in the field of Information Technology or in a relevant field.

    Professional Certifications Required

    Sample of preferred certifications: .-Certifications relevant to business enterprise solutions adopted at JHAH .-Project Management Professional (PMP) .-IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

    Years of Experience

    Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
