The Marketing Specialist serves as the primary contact for service lines, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing initiatives that align with JHAH's strategic goals. This role involves managing relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects.

Principal Duties
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns to promote service lines
- Present performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and service line stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects.
- Provide occasional guidance and ad-hoc mentorship to junior team members, ensuring consistent delivery of marketing objectives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, with significant expertise in managing marketing strategies for consumer brands or healthcare.
