Job Description Summary
The NM Imaging Technologist applies the NM imaging physics and radio tope preparation guidelines in performing advanced NM exams under minimal supervision and in accordance with established practices and procedures to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and infection control standards .NM Imaging Technologist has the ability to differentiate between health and pathological areas and adjusting the scope of the exam accordingly.

- Prepare radioisotopes and perform with minimal supervision all the advanced NM procedures
- Apply the current standards in NM to review and protocol and to adjust parameters maintain safety and obtain better image quality to improve throughput
- Oversee the training and development of interns and junior technologist on hot lab duties
- Participate in all areas activities to maintain efficient operation equipment calibration Hot lab duties troubleshooting quality control supplies and any other operational activity assigned by manager

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Science or Nuclear Medicine OR
Master’s degree in Radiologic Science Or Nuclear Medicine with 2 years' Nuclear Medicine (NM) Imaging experience
Professional Certifications Required
SCFHS Certification
Years of Experience
Minimum 4 years' clinical experience
Languages
English:Advanced ; Arabic:Basic
