Job Description Summary

The Patient Experience Consultant is responsible for leading and directing enterprise.-wide strategies to enhance the overall patient experience. This highly strategic role involves developing and implementing sophisticated, cross.-functional initiatives that drive patient satisfaction and engagement at the highest levels of complexity. The director will work closely with senior leadership and diverse teams to establish innovative processes and standards that align with the organization's mission and values.

  • Oversee the implementation of sophisticated enterprisewide projects designed to improve patient experience
  • Establish and refine advanced metrics and analytics to evaluate patient satisfaction and experience
  • Lead the development of innovative communication strategies that improve patient engagement and feedback mechanisms
  • Develop and oversee advanced training programs for staff at all levels to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional patient care
  • Serve as a strategic advocate for patient needs in enterprisewide decisionmaking processes
  • Continuously monitor trends and developments in patient experience and healthcare delivery

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Professional Certifications Required

SCFHS Patient Experience Certification

Years of Experience

Minimum 20 years of experience in a healthcare or related field is required.
