Job Description Summary
The Revenue Cycle Management Analyst is responsible for but not limited to: handling daily operational tasks, advanced analyses of revenue cycle performance, trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing operational strategies, managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders, to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and accuracy while ensuring regulatory compliance

Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisionmaking
- Mentor and train junior analysts providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex billing issues
- Evaluate the impact of system solutions on stakeholders and assess the feasibility from a business perspective
- Ensure the development team understands business problems and solutions manage changes to requirements and conduct impact analyses
- Oversee testing to ensure accuracy assist end users with understanding and using new solutions and facilitate smooth organizational changes
- Work with the revenue operations team to identify transformation needs contribute to system upgrades and enhance revenue cycle processes
- Review and report on productivity improvements cost effectiveness and total quality management in revenue cycle and billing information systems
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration or Information System Management, Finance, or a related field in healthcare
Professional Certifications Required
(certification in revenue cycle management or case management is preferred)
Years of Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in revenue cycle management or related field.
