Job Description Summary
The Senior Learning AND Development Advisor facilitates standard talent development activities at JHAH .- which includes but not limited to: creating basic learning materials, identifying key logistics to initiate training sessions and developing standard evaluation metrics .- to support an integrated approach to talent management, meet organizational needs, and analyze progress against the overall Talent Management strategy.

- Conducts needs assessmentsinstructional analysis to ensure conformity with mission training objectives and develops master training plans as needed
- Consult with other departments to determine training plans
Operational Roles & Responsibilities %

Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct more advanced assessments and advises on performancebased measurement assessments
- Develop training status reports exhibits memoranda and training desk procedures as required
- Advise and consult regarding training programsystem objectives operational procedures and constraints
- Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
- Facilitate HR related learning if required rolling out new policies systems campaigns etc
- Measure track and report on training outcomes and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology current and new
- Must stay abreast of new training methods and determine relevancy to company employees
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
- Participate in performance calibrationmoderation sessions if required
- Participate in talent review sessions if required
- Perform basic system admin functions for Talent Management Systems
- Remain abreast of developments in training and instructional methodologies including technology enhancements and attends periodic seminars forums and meetings to ensure currency of education
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor Degree in HR or related field
Professional Certifications Required
HR Certification Preferred
Years of Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in related field
Languages
English:Advanced ; Arabic:Advanced
