Job Description Summary

The Senior Patient Experience Advisor is tasked with enhancing the patient experience by implementing and maintaining patient.-centric initiatives. This role supports strategic objectives and involves performing tactical tasks to improve service delivery processes.     Operational Roles & Responsibilities

    • Execute and maintain routine patient engagement activities including surveys and feedback collection to gather insights on patient satisfaction and areas for improvement
    • Support effective communication channels with patients ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination regarding appointments procedures and followup care
    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of service improvement plans aimed at enhancing the quality of care and patient satisfaction
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers administrative staff and other departments to address patient concerns ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care
    • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for staff to promote patientcentered care practices and improve service delivery
    • Ensure all patient interactions and feedback are accurately documented and maintained in the patient records system for future reference and analysis

    Minimum Education Required

    Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

    Professional Certifications Required

    SCFHS Patient Experience Certification

    Years of Experience

    Minimum 7 years of experience in patient services or a related field.
