The Senior Patient Experience Representative is responsible for providing routine support and assistance in delivering a high.-quality patient experience.     Operational Roles & Responsibilities

    • Support the Patient Experience team in maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and feedback in the database
    • Process routine administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments handling patient inquiries and forwarding calls to appropriate departments
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies
    • Help organize patient information sessions and workshops by preparing materials and setting up meeting spaces
    • Coordinate basic communication between patients and healthcare staff to ensure questions and concerns are addressed promptly
    • Perform routine checks to ensure that patient areas are welcoming and stocked with necessary information and materials
    • Compile and update patient experience reports under the guidance of the Patient Experience Manager to track feedback and suggestions
    • Facilitate the distribution of informational brochures and materials to patients and visitors

    Minimum Education Required

    Associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

    Years of Experience

    Minimum 6 years in a healthcare support or administrative role is preferred.
