Job Description Summary
The Senior Patient Services Advisor provides intermediate.-level professional services that support and improve patient.-centric programs. - Collect document and maintain accurate patient information resolving minor issues directly and escalating moderate to complex patient concerns to the appropriate staff members for timely resolution
- Handle routine administrative tasks including processing medical information requests managing sick leave approvals verifying required certificates and supporting the release of medical information Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations
- Support departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction by tracking and analyzing service trends supporting staff training and development and ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery
- Participate in crossdepartmental sessions aimed at bolstering patient engagement initiatives
- Assist in refining patient services strategies by collecting and analyzing feedback identifying areas for enhancement and recommending best practices to leadership
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field or business administration is preferred.
Professional Certifications Required
Medical terminology training is required; PX certificate is preferred/encouraged.
Years of Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in patient services or a related field.
